CHECK IN: Check-in time is 3:00 P.M. (or later) and checkout is 12:00 noon. If other arrangements need to be made regarding these times, please let us know in advance.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Should you need to cancel, please notify us at least a week in advance. If the notice is less, and we cannot rebook your room, you will be charged for the night. Likewise, if you no-show, you pay for the room.

NO SMOKING POLICY: Our facilities are strictly nonsmoking. Please puff only on the porch, and use the sand-filled bucket for your stogies. Please do not flip cigarette butts out into any of the grounds or grassy areas. They are not biodegradable, and, if an animal should eat one, the results can cause serious injury or death to the animal. Barn areas can also be highly flammable, so extra caution should be taken in and around any barns. If you choose to smoke inside, and we are able to tell, there might be additional charges incurred by you to clean the interior fabrics
